At Learn With Rev, we place customer satisfaction at the heart of everything we do. Our mission is to provide top-tier driving instruction, enabling learners to progress efficiently and safely. With a team of highly experienced and DVSA-qualified instructors, we deliver tailored, professional training designed to meet individual needs.

By booking with Learn With Rev Driving School, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Professional Instructors

Learn With Rev ensures that all instructors are fully DVSA-qualified and licensed. Each instructor will provide training using modern, dual-controlled vehicles, maintaining politeness, patience, and professionalism throughout the learning experience.

2. Special Offers for Beginners

• The Beginner’s Special Course is strictly non-refundable once booked.
• Learners will be assigned a single instructor for the course duration, with no option to switch instructors.
• Only one Beginner’s Special Package may be purchased per learner. Upon course completion, lessons will revert to the standard pay-as-you-go rates.

3. Provisional Driving Licence

• A valid UK or Northern Ireland provisional driving licence (green card) must be presented during the first lesson.
• If an older-style provisional licence is held, an additional photo ID (e.g., passport or student ID) must also be provided.

4. Vision Requirements

• Learners must demonstrate the ability to read a vehicle number plate from 67 feet (20.5 meters).
• Corrective eyewear (glasses or contact lenses) must be worn at all times when driving if required.

5. Alcohol and Drug Policy

• Learners must not attend lessons under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
• Any suspicion of intoxication will result in immediate termination of the course without a refund.

6. Residency Compliance

It is the learner’s responsibility to ensure compliance with DVSA residency guidelines before booking. Any uncertainties must be clarified directly with the DVSA.

7. Conduct and Behaviour

• Learners must exhibit respectful, professional behavior at all times.
• Any abusive, threatening, or inappropriate conduct will result in immediate termination of the course without a refund.
• Learners are responsible for any damage caused to the instructor’s vehicle or property and will be liable for repair costs.

8. Vehicle Care

• The instructor’s vehicle must be treated with care and respect.
• Learners will be held liable for costs associated with intentional or negligent damage.

9. Waiting Time

Time spent waiting (e.g., at test centers or during travel to/from test appointments) is considered part of the lesson duration.

10. Test Availability

Learn With Rev cannot guarantee the availability of DVSA test dates and recommends booking tests well in advance.

11. Driving Test Eligibility

• If the instructor determines that the learner has not reached a safe driving standard, they reserve the right to withhold the learner from attending the test.
• No refunds will be provided under these circumstances.

12. DVSA Test Cancellations

Learn With Rev will not be liable for any expenses or inconveniences caused by DVSA test cancellations. Any complaints regarding test cancellations must be directed to the DVSA.

13. Instructor Availability

While every effort will be made to provide consistent instruction, instructor availability may change due to unforeseen circumstances such as illness, holidays, or vehicle issues.

14. Safety Guidelines

• Learners must follow all instructions and safety guidance from their instructor.
• Failure to comply with safety protocols will result in course termination without a refund.

15. Lesson Cancellations

• Learners must provide at least 36 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a lesson.
• Cancellations made with less than 36 hours’ notice will be charged in full.

16. Intensive Course Deposit

• A deposit of £200 is required to secure an instructor for intensive courses.
• The deposit is refundable only if Learn With Rev cannot assign an instructor within 7 days.
• If the learner delays or cancels the course for personal reasons, a 10% admin fee will be deducted before refunding the remaining deposit.
• Once the course has commenced, the deposit is strictly non-refundable.

17. Test Car Hire

Test car hire fees will be determined by the instructor based on individual requirements, starting from £60.

18. Package Upgrade Options

Learners may upgrade to premium packages at any time, subject to availability and payment adjustments.

19. Refunds and Terminations

• Refunds are not provided for unused lessons within packages unless Learn With Rev is unable to fulfil its service obligations.
• Cancellations initiated by the learner may be subject to admin fees.

20. Residency Intensive Course

• The Residency Intensive Course is non-refundable and non-transferable once booked.
• Course timings, structure, and assigned instructors are fixed and cannot be altered under any circumstances.
• Any failure to attend lessons, follow instructions, or meet DVSA requirements will result in forfeiture of the course without refund.

21. Social Media Use

• Learners may be asked for consent to use photos/videos of their lessons for social media and marketing.
• All such media will only be shared publicly with the learner’s written consent.
• Consent can be withdrawn at any time, but previously shared media will not be removed.

22. Zero Tolerance Policy

Any inappropriate behavior towards instructors or staff will result in immediate course termination without refund.
